What this site collects
This is a personal portfolio. It has no adverts, no tracking pixels and no third party analytics unless an analytics ID has been entered in the site settings, which is empty by default.
If you send a message through the contact form, the site stores what you typed: your name, your email address, your company if you gave one, and your message. It also records the address of the page you were on, the site that referred you, your IP address and your browser's user agent. Those last two exist to spot automated spam, not to identify you.
Nothing else about your visit is recorded.
Why it is kept, and for how long
Messages are kept so that enquiries can be answered and followed up. They are stored on this site's own hosting and are not sold, shared or passed to any third party.
Enquiries are reviewed periodically and deleted once they are no longer relevant.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email philcut02@gmail.com and it will be done.
This site uses one cookie, and only for signing in to its own admin area. Visitors are not given a cookie.
